How to Request Account Deletion

Please include the email address associated with your Easy Education Bangladesh account so we can verify your identity and process your request.

• Your profile information.
• Your course enrollments.
• Your learning progress and completed lessons.
• Your authentication information stored by Easy Education Bangladesh.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including payment records, transaction history, fraud prevention records, or other information required to comply with legal obligations.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days after successful verification of the account owner.
